2017 WEMTA Conference Registration Information

Registration: Either register online by following the directions below or print a paper registration form here.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN WEMTA 2017 SUNDAY SESSIONS.
Online Registration: Online registrations will be accepted through 3/10/2017.
In order to register for this event, you must first create an account. NEW users register here to attend this event. REGISTERED users click on SIGN IN (top right corner of this webpage) to login and register.
Once you are signed in click on "All Events" and choose the "2017 Spring Conference."
Exhibitor Registration: Click here to register as an exhibitor at this event as a new user.
Payments: Online payment can be made by credit card or PayPal or physically mail paper registration form with purchase order or check (made out to WEMTA) to:

Payment is expected prior to the beginning of the conference.
If you are paying with a purchase order or need for your district to be invoiced - Please print your confirmation page as your invoice and/or for your purchase order.
Guaranteed registration/meals is not final until payment is received. However, if not able to attend, you must cancel your registration once you have registered either online or by paper method. If you do not cancel by Friday, March 10, 2017, you will be charged and need to pay for the registration.

Cancellation/Refunds: Refunds for individuals who have pre-registered but are unable to attend shall only be made if request is received by the WEMTA Manager by Friday, March 10, 2017. If you are unable to attend and have missed the cancellation deadline, you may send another individual in your place.
