Today’s students need to be prepared for our ever-changing world and global economy. In fact, research shows a strong correlation between education and economic success, individually and nationally. Experts have identified the skills needed to succeed in an increasingly knowledge-based society – technology literacy, communication, collaboration and critical thinking - referred to as 21st century skills. Infused technology integration in the classroom is key to leveraging these skills, and 1:1 e-learning, where every student is equipped with a computer—is the ideal environment.

Intel-powered Classmate PCs are designed to help schools implement 1:1 education. They provide a rich, interactive, and a captivating learning experience for today’s students. And they give teachers new tools to engage students and enhance the classroom teaching and learning environment. The Intel Classmate PC has the capability to enhance mobile learning through interactive touch and voice, built in GPS, water resistant and drop proof, stylus writing/tablet activities, video conferencing, and so much more!
