 Please consider presenting at the WEMTA  2012 Conference

Exhibitor Theater Information

Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to do a 60 Minute Presentation in an Exhibitor Theater. The Theaters are part of the regular program schedule and there will be a dedicated regular session room for this opportunity.

In order to present:

The company/organization must either be an exhibitor with a registered paid booth in the exhibit hall or a major sponsor (Silver, Gold or Platinum). We will advertise your sessions on the WEMTA Conference Website and the sessions will appear in the Conference Booklet alongside the Concurrent Sessions. To encourage strong attendance at the sessions we encourage companies to promote the sessions with their customers. Special incentives or door prizes often can encourage a larger audience.

Please submit your application to present as soon as possible. Session spots are filled as soon as we receive your application Unfortunately, because of limited space there is a limit of one session per company. You can submit your proposal online here:
