Exhibit Setup

Exhibitor Setup Times:

  • Sunday March 19 - 12:00pm - 6:30pm
  • Monday March 20 - 8:00am - 10:00am

The Exhibit Hall will be open:

  • Monday March 20 - 10:15am - 5:30pm  
  • Tuesday March 21 - 8:30am -11:00am
  • Move out: Tuesday March 21 - 11:00am - 1:30pm

The following will be provided by Valley Expo & Displays as part of your exhibit registration.

A standard 8' x 10' booth will include:

  • Black and White 8' Back Drape and 3' Side Drape
  • (1) 8' Skirted Table
  • (2) Folding Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) 7" x 44" Identification Sign

A booth is $475 for members and $575 for non-members. Membership includes a copy of the attendee list (we don't offer lead retrieval).
