The Exhibit Hall will be open:
- Monday March 20 - 10:15am - 5:30pm
- Tuesday March 21 - 8:30am -11:00am
- Move out: Tuesday March 21 - 11:00am - 1:30pm
The following will be provided by Valley Expo & Displays as part of your exhibit registration.
A standard 8' x 10' booth will include:
- Black and White 8' Back Drape and 3' Side Drape
- (1) 8' Skirted Table
- (2) Folding Chairs
- (1) Wastebasket
- (1) 7" x 44" Identification Sign
A booth is $475 for members and $575 for non-members. Membership includes a copy of the attendee list (we don't offer lead retrieval).

The exhibitor kit provides all the information you need to order electricity, internet, and a variety of additional displays for your booth area. Valley will work with you directly for these needs. Click on the link above to access it.
